First I have to say that without Debbie DiMase, the job would probably not yet be done. She is a gem in your organization. Through her gentle guidance and extreme patience, I was able to find and select the items necessary to complete the job. She was always available to address questions or concerns and her demeanor remained calm and pleasant even when I didn’t meet suspense.
When it comes to your carpenters, plumbers/electrician and tile installer, your company is without exception. All are pleasant and very capable individuals who explained and addressed any and all issues thoroughly and expeditiously. Bart and Andy were exceptional dealing with the unforeseen in this old house and their ability is unparalleled. The care in preparing the area at the beginning of the work day and the daily clean up at the end was wonderful. Although Kevin was only here a couple of times, he, too, was capable, precise and pleasant. I never did meet the tile person (I believe his name was Lou) as I was away but my husband was very impressed as he put outstanding effort into placing the tiles. Michelle was great addressing any questions I had regarding the billing breakdown. Finally, Matt was knowledgeable and responsive in dealing with the “punch list” items. I must give an extra kudos to Bart as he was here a majority of the time doing a wonderful job and dealing with my pickiness.
