Our Process
Free Initial Consultation
To begin, we meet with you to talk over your building and remodeling needs, offer our professional advice and help you determine feasibility and budgeting for your project
Design and planning
We can design your project from basic layouts to detailed drawings. We will develop product specifications, examine building code issues, and determine set back requirements and neighborhood covenants. We will present you with a detailed proposal/contract and drawings for your approval. This process could take as little as a few days or several months depending on the complexity of your project.
Our design services are fee-based and available for all projects in which we are the contractor.
Production
After signing the contract, we will prepare a detailed schedule and send notices to our subcontractors and suppliers. At this time we will also apply for building permits.
Contracts
We supply all clients with a signed and dated contract from all appropriate parties, including subcontractors. This will ensure that all involved will understand their role and obligations in the project. When applicable, contracts offer you manufacturer’s warranties and craftsmanship warranties.
Change orders
Deviations or additions to the original signed contract are handled with change orders, which become an addendum to the contract. We will supply all change orders upon request.
